Minister John Curran TD this week announced that more than €100,000 in grants will be given to 36 community groups under the Scheme of Community Support for Older People, with Kilkelly Glann Community Alert to receive €700 grant aid.

Fine Gael Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs Spokesperson Dep Michael Ring has called on Junior Minister John Curran to keep his commitment to reopen the Scheme of Community Support for Older People.
